Something that started off as an adoration for all things rings and accessories that we wanted to last, not tarnish and also keeping us on a budget, slowly turned into the idea of starting a small business that I get to gratefully share with all of you! I deeply believe that without our amazing customers we wouldn't be able to do this. We get to curate the finest sterling silver jewelry. In 2018 I was working 2 jobs, 14+ hours a day, tirelessly working towards my goals and dreams of... this. After a couple years, at the age of 21 I was finally able to open Novalishop. With everything I needed and the planning that went into this, it had finally happened. Now being here years later and getting to showcase my FAVORITE and cutest items daily.
With now 7+ years experience in the jewelry business, I'm always looking to improve in what can make my shop and items better everyday; best shipping, affordability, customer service, photography and presentation, all the fun stuff!If you have any questions please feel free to message me, I will always reply as quickly as possible. -Every single one of my shops items display and prove HIGH quality, genuine sterling silver and stainless steel.
SHIPPING
We currently have a 3-5 business day processing time (not including weekends). This is the time in which it takes us to prepare an order to be shipped out, this does not include shipping time (typically 3-8 days).
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We happily except returns and exchanges at the customers expense. We offer return and exchange labels for purchase.Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery. Returned and exchanged items MUST be returned back to us in original packaging, and in brand new condition.
EX. NO tarnishing, NO scratches, and undamaged. ANY items returned to us with visual wear will receive a 20% deduction from their refund. ANY packages sent back to us due to customer error when inputing their shipping address will receive a 20% deduction from their refund.
MISSING PACKAGES:
We would love to help track down a package for you but unfortunately when a package is lost/stuck at a location/ taking longer than normal, you are responsible for filing a claim with your local post office, we are unable to do this for you.
CHANGES TO ORDERS/ADRESSES:
If you need to change something on your order or address please email us at novalishop@yahoo.com! Most of the time we will catch it before we ship your package.
DAMAGED ITEM(S):
If you received a damaged item(s) please reach out to us within 2 days of the marked delivery date and we will issue store credit or issue a replacement.
When you receive your item and it breaks/tarnishes or is defective within 1 week of the marked delivery date please reach out to us and we will issue a refund or a replacement. Any items that become broken/tarnished/defective AFTER 1 week of the marked delivery date will not be guaranteed to receive a store credit/ replacement.
